My Career & Experience

My extensive HR career started with Essex Police from here my career developed and I secured a challenging role in Metropolitan Police as a Borough Manager. Throughout my career I have enjoyed a number of senior HR roles in other public sector including Colleges and later with Local Authorities where I developed my reputation for providing solid strategic HR to Children’s and Adult Services. I have spent much of my career working with organisations to develop and deliver management development and organisational change.

In 2011 I established NEXUS HR to share my expertise with quality HR and training, providing that critical link to allow businesses to achieve. I work with business owners and leaders to build a package of support that suits the need and also the budget, whether this is drafting a new contract of employment, managing a change process or designing or delivering training and development you can be assured that it will meet expectation.
